  • Operating System (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Mac)
  • Browser/Version (Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and above; Netscape 4.0 and above and AOL 5.0 and above)

Depending on the browser you use, the "Enter" key may not work. In this case, use your mouse to point and click on the response you want.

How can I best navigate the site?

  • Underlined and colored type indicates a link. These connections take you to other pages of the Web site. To view pages of interest, simply click on the highlighted link.
  • To move up and down on the current page, use the gray scroll bar on the right side of your screen. Place your cursor on the bar and move it in the desired direction.
  • Use the "Next" and "Previous" buttons or specific page numbers at the bottom of the page to move between pages of coupon offers. Using the "Forward" and "Back" buttons in your Internet browser will hinder the performance of the Internet Coupons program.
Where can I redeem my Internet Coupons?
You can redeem your Internet Coupons at any Kroger owned store including; Kroger, Ralphs, King Soopers, City Market, Fry’s, Smith’s, Dillons, and Gerbes.

How do I sign in?
If this is your first visit to the site, click on the "JOIN" button found in the new visitor box in the lower right corner of the home page. This will take you to the Personal Profile page. On the Personal Profile page:
  • Provide your 12 digit card number and enter a password to ensure your privacy.
  • Provide your email address, mailing address and additional information so you can receive valuable offers based on your preferences.
  • Click "I'm Done" and you'll be taken to coupon offers.
How can I get a frequent shopper card?
Frequent shopper card applications are available at your local store. Signing up is very simple. Stop by the customer service desk before shopping and ask for an application. It only takes a few moments to sign up.

Why do I need to use my frequent shopper card number to access Internet Coupons?
Once you select an offer, your Internet Coupons are submitted directly to your frequent shopper card. They're waiting for you when you checkout. This process it totally electronic and very convenient. Even better, you don't have to remember to bring paper coupons with you when you shop.

Why is an email address required?
We want to send a "welcome email" to confirm that your account has been set up and to inform you of new offers. It's also how we communicate with you if you send us a question about Internet Coupons. However, if you don't want to receive any reminder emails about new offers, simply check the box below the email field.

Why do you have to provide a mailing address?
We offer free samples on the site. When you select a free sample, it's mailed to the address you provide.

How do you use the information you collect about me?
We use your information to communicate with our partners about the offers you selected so we can fulfill them (such as our sampling fulfillment partner). However, we will not disclose personally identifiable information about you to any third party without your permission. See the Internet Coupons Privacy Guarantee for more information.

I'm having difficulty signing up for Internet Coupons. I'm receiving the error message: "Card Number already in use."
This could mean you or someone else in your household has used your card number on the site. If your card has never been used, please contact us by clicking the apporpriate link below. Please provide your name and card number in the email: What if my card number was not accepted during the login process?
The most common reason the Internet Coupons site does not accept a card number is because the number was entered incorrectly (i.e., too many digits, too few digits, etc.) . Depending upon the date your card was issued, your card number may appear in one of several layouts on the back of your card (example: 4 0000000000 1, 400000000001, 400 00000 0001, etc.). Please look again at the back of your card and enter a total of 12 digits with no spaces beginning with 4.

If you still get an error message after completing the step above, please send a message to Internet Coupons customer care. In your message please include the exact error message you are receiving, your name and your card number. Please click the appropriate link below to send a message. What if I forgot my password?
From the Sign-in page, click on the "Forgot your password?" link. It can appear either at the bottom of the page or under the Sign-in area. You'll be asked to provide the email address you used to register. We'll send a temporary password to your e-mail address. Once you've signed-in successfully using the temporary password, we recommend you return to the Personal Profile page. There you can change your password to one that you can easily remember. You'll find the Personal Profile link at the bottom of the coupon offers page.

What does "Remember my Sign-in information next time" mean?
This option makes it easier for you to use this Web site. If you don't want to enter your frequent shopper card number and password every time you visit the site, you may check the box in your Personal Profile called "Remember my Sign-in information next time." When this box is checked, your computer will "remember" your card number and password. Please note: If you use a shared computer (in a library, Internet café, university, airport or other common area), DO NOT check "Remember my Sign-in information next time."

How can I update or change my Personal Profile?
First, sign-in with your frequent shopper card number and password. Click on the Personal Profile link found at the bottom of the coupon offers page or the bottom of the savings summary page to update any of your information (such as your email address).

How do I collect Internet Coupons?
Every time you visit the Web site, you can view and select new offers. If you choose to receive email from us, we'll alert you from time-to-time of new offers and special savings available on the site.

How many offers can I select?
Every offer is different based on the manufacturer, but a general rule to follow is you can request a coupon once per household. A total of 15 offers per card are allowed at one time. By redeeming the coupons, space becomes available for future collections. Also, when offers expire, space on your card becomes available. Please refer to the expiration date to the right of each offer.

How often are the offers updated?
New offers appear on the Web site frequently. Be sure to check back often to save.

How can I get a list of the offers I selected?
Click on the "Unredeemed Offers" link at the bottom of the offers page. This page shows currently available offers you've selected but not yet redeemed. To print this page, select "File" and then "Print" on the menu bar or click the printer icon on your toolbar. You may want to put a copy on your fridge or with your grocery list.

Do you provide recipes, product information or other promotions?

Why can't I print Internet Coupons Internet coupons on my printer?
We leverage technology to make it convenient for you to redeem your offers. After you select your offers, they are automatically transferred to your frequent shopper card. All you have to do is shop for your products, swipe your card at the cash register and save!

How long does it take for my offers to be transferred to my frequent shopper card?
Please allow three hours for your offers to be transferred.

Can Internet Coupons be doubled?
No. Internet Coupons are designed to be worth their face value at redemption time.

When do Internet Coupons Internet coupons expire?
Please print your coupon summary or unredeemed offers page. The expiration date is indicated to the right of each offer.

What if I go to the store and I can't redeem my offer when I checkout?
Your offers should be available at the time of your purchase. In the unlikely event that there is a problem, please contact us by clicking the appropriate link below: Please provide the following information:
  • Store Name and Address
  • Frequent Shopper Card Number
  • Date and Time of Store Visit
  • Item To Be Purchased (Please be as specific as possible with Brand Name, Size, UPC Bar Code Number, etc.)
We'll use this information to investigate your problem.

When I signed up for a frequent shopper card, I added another person to the application. Will the offers I select be redeemed when they use their card?
The offers you select will be on all cards. However, Internet Coupons can be redeemed only once per household. Therefore, the first person to shop for any of the products you selected will redeem the offers.

For example, if you added your grandmother to your frequent shopper card application, and she purchases items you selected before you do, she'll redeem the offers and they'll no longer be available.

How do I request free samples?
To select and receive your free samples, go to the "Offers" page where you'll see all the U-pon Internet coupons and free product samples available. Simply check the box next to the image of the sample you wish to order. Once you've selected all your offers, click the "I'm Done" button at the bottom of the page to process your request. If you don't click on "I'm Done" your selection won't be recorded. Your sample(s) will be mailed to you separately.
